After winning the Simple Wins Contest, Risha and our dad met Nick Jonas in person, toured his recording studio in LA, attended his concert, and were awarded a $1,000 check.

Risha Shukla, a Sierra Vista Middle School eighth-grader who founded an organization that brings cheer to children with serious medical issues, was recently named California’s top middle school volunteer for 2010.
